We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Factory Manager with extensive knowledge in steel fabrications to lead our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This role requires a deep understanding of steel fabrication processes, strong leadership abilities, and a track record of successful factory management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the steel fabrication factory. Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards. Implement and monitor production schedules, coordinating with other departments to meet deadlines. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production staff, including supervisors and operators. Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Maintain and manage factory equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and troubleshooting as needed. Coordinate with supply chain management to ensure timely availability of materials. Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Factory Manager or similar role in steel fabrications. In-depth knowledge of steel fabrication processes, equipment, and materials. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Proficiency in production management software and tools. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
