We are seeking an

experienced Factory Manager

specializing in Ladies Garments - Abayas and/or Dresses, with 5+ years

leading and owning the full production cycle.

You will be responsible for daily production planning, resource allocation, in-line quality control, and ensuring that production targets are achieved on time.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver daily production activities Plan, allocate, and monitor workloads for tailors and helpers Oversee in-line QC and ensure all pieces meet quality standards Coordinate with design, cutting, and finishing teams Track daily production progress using any production/management tool Manage materials usage and ensure optimal efficiency Identify bottlenecks, resolve production issues, and maintain workflow discipline Ensure timely achievement of production targets Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in Ladies Garments production, specifically Abayas and/or Dresses Strong hands-on expertise

Experience with in-line quality control (QC)

Ability to use any

production or task-tracking tool/system Resourceful, proactive, and able to manage a busy production floor independently Experience supervising tailors and coordinating daily production tasks Strong communication skills in Hindi and/or Urdu and English

Skills

Strong problem-solving and workflow management abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Team leadership and communication skills Knowledge of fabric types, trims, and abaya/dress finishing techniques
