Monitor material usage, minimize wastage, and ensure proper storage.
Conduct quality checks at different stages of production.
Lead, train, and motivate fabrication staff and machine operators.
Ensure safety compliance and proper use of PPE.
Coordinate with project teams and report production progress.
Maintain factory equipment and housekeeping standards.
Requirements:
5+ years in steel/metal fabrication, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of fabrication processes and ability to read shop drawings.
Leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.
High school diploma or technical training in fabrication/engineering.
