Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and develop new business opportunities for hard and soft FM services.
Build a strong pipeline through cold calls, client visits, referrals, and networking events.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitors.
2. Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and consultants.
Act as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries.
Arrange client meetings, site visits, and presentations to pitch FM solutions.
3. Proposal & Tender Management
Prepare and submit RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs in collaboration with the estimation and operations teams.
Ensure commercial proposals meet client requirements and align with company capabilities.
Lead contract negotiation and closure of deals.
4. Sales Strategy & Targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies in line with company objectives.
Meet or exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
Track and report on sales performance using CRM tools.
5. Coordination with Operations
Work closely with operations and mobilization teams to ensure successful service delivery.
Gather feedback from clients to support continuous improvement and service enhancement.
Requirements:Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5-8 years of sales/business development experience in facilities management or related services (e.g., MEP, cleaning, security).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the UAE or GCC market.
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of integrated FM services and contract structures (SLA/KPI-based).
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage.
Valid UAE driving license.
