Responsibilities: Coordination with the Occupational Health and Safety department to ensure the facilities are a safe environment suitable for the company's operations Coordination with the Landlord and government departments to ensure the facilities and any modifications and improvements meet regulatory and statutory requirements Coordination with the Security department to ensure Saab's UAE infrastructure complies with Saab Corporate minimum level of compliance. Plan and coordinate all installations and refurbishments Manage the upkeep of company equipment to meet health and safety standards Manage the service providers such as waste removal, fire suppression and detection, maintenance providers and security to ensure the adequate functioning of the facilities Inspect the buildings structures to determine the need for repairs and renovations Review utilities consumption and identity efficacies Manage the allocation and improvements to office space according to both current and future needs Preserving the good condition of Saab's UAE infrastructure Waste management

Qualifications Qualification and FMP (facility management professional) certificate HSE knowledge and understanding Asset management knowledge Building Management Production understanding and knowledge advantageous Contract compliance understanding 3+ years relevant experience in a similar field Skills Team spirit, Knowledge sharing and ability to work autonomously within a team with a positive attitude. To be thorough and pay attention to detail. Ability to work in decentralized teams. Problem solver with good communication skills Fully knowledgeable with all the latest MS applications including Microsoft Project, Power Point and Excel Strong attention to detail and deadline orientated Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills Arabic speaker is an advantage
