We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of our facilities. This role involves leading a large team and overseeing day-to-day maintenance, MEP systems, office services, and compliance, ensuring that all facilities are fully functional and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
Lead, train, and manage maintenance and facilities teams (~200 employees).
Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans and schedules.
Manage procurement, inventory, and logistics for maintenance supplies and equipment.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
Supervise short- and long-term facilities projects, including upgrades and renovations.
Liaise with building owners, tenants, contractors, and vendors to address maintenance needs.
Oversee safety, emergency preparedness, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
Implement industry best practices and emerging technologies to improve efficiency.
