We are looking for an experienced and qualified
Facility Manager
to join our team forOwner Association Management Services
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing building operations, maintenance, and service quality to ensure smooth management of residential and commercial properties under the Owner Association.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise day-to-day facility operations and maintenance activities. Coordinate with service providers, contractors, and suppliers for building maintenance and repairs. Ensure compliance with Dubai Land Department and RERA guidelines. Monitor facility budgets, expenses, and maintenance schedules. Conduct regular inspections and ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency of all facilities. Prepare reports and recommendations for management and Owner Association boards.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of experience
as aFacility Manager
(preferably in Owner Association Management or Real Estate). Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance standards, and DLD regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple properties and manage service providers effectively.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
