Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of our facilities across the Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in facility supervision and a strong understanding of UAE regulations and building systems. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth facility operations and a safe, efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of all assigned facilities

Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance

Coordinate maintenance schedules and supervise service contractors

Monitor and optimize energy usage and sustainability practices

Maintain facility budgets and control operational costs

Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations

Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and issues

Use facility management software to track tasks and performance

Collaborate with internal departments to support business operations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineer.

3-5 years of experience in facilities management or property operations in the UAE

Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)

Familiarity with UAE regulatory standards and safety codes

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Skills

Experience with sustainability initiatives and energy-saving programs

Budgeting and cost control expertise

Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
