The Role
Position Title:
Facility Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A visionary investment group driving retail, hospitality, and property development excellence in Dubai. : o Lead a team of supervisors and technicians, oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, and manage resources for preventive and corrective tasks. o Supervise MEP systems, execute maintenance aligned with SLAs/KPIs, handle breakdowns, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and permits. o Communicate with clients and stakeholders, utilize CAFM systems, review reports, resolve complaints, and maintain accurate documentation. o Identify team training needs, provide support, and manage budgets related to facilities maintenance and improvements.Requirements
Male, Arabic speakers aged 40 years and below o Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering o Minimum of 6 years of experience preferably in Integrated Facilities Management or similar industry; with strong knowledge in health and safety requirements o Must have valid UAE driver's license
