Key Responsibilities: Facility Manager cum Business Development
Facility Management
Oversee daily operations of facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing). Ensure building safety, cleanliness, and maintenance. Manage vendors, service contracts, and compliance requirements. Implement cost-saving and energy-efficient measures. Maintain safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities (e.g., tenant acquisition, service expansion). Build and maintain client relationships. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Prepare business proposals and presentations. Drive revenue through space optimization and service upselling.
