Job Description

The Facility Manager is responsible for the effective management, operation, and maintenance of assigned facilities, ensuring safety, functionality, compliance, and client satisfaction. The role involves managing hard and soft FM services, supervising teams and subcontractors, controlling budgets, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day facility operations, including hard and soft services (MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil works, cleaning, security, landscaping, etc.). Plan, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Ensure facilities comply with Qatar regulations, HSE standards, and statutory requirements. Supervise FM staff, technicians, supervisors, and subcontractors. Prepare budgets, control operational costs, and approve expenditures within authority limits. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure service quality and safety compliance. Act as the main point of contact with clients, addressing issues and ensuring service delivery meets SLAs. Coordinate emergency response activities and manage incident reports. Prepare and submit operational reports, KPIs, and performance reviews to management. Manage contracts, service agreements, and vendor performance. Support mobilization of new sites and handover of completed facilities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field. Minimum

7 years of proven experience

in facility management, preferably in GCC. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building maintenance, and FM best practices. Familiarity with Qatar laws, regulations, and HSE requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. Proficient in MS Office and FM-related software. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites or tasks.
