Job Description
Oversee daily facility operations and staff across multiple sites.
Manage maintenance, repairs, and vendor coordination (e.g., elevators, firefighting, ELV).
Monitor budgets, expenditures, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
Support staff performance, training, and conduct management.
Implement emergency response and sustainability initiatives.
Maintain operational records and prepare required reports.
Escalate complex issues to the Technical Services Manager as needed.
