Job Description
FACILITY AND MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Responsible for the smooth operation, upkeep, and safety of company facilities and equipment. Ensures preventive maintenance, supervises repair works, manages vendors, and leads the maintenance team to maintain a safe and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee facility operations and maintenance schedules.
Inspect premises and coordinate repairs as needed.
Manage vendors and service contracts effectively.
Control maintenance budgets and monitor costs.
Supervise technical and maintenance staff.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in facility and maintenance management.
Strong knowledge of building systems and safety standards.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
