Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive

Facility Manager

to oversee the maintenance, operations, and safety of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of proven leadership in facility management, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage large teams and complex systems. A valid driving license is required for site travel and operational mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of all facility functions including maintenance, repair, security, cleaning, and vendor management. Manage large-scale preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Ensure facilities comply with health and safety regulations and building codes. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services. Lead and mentor maintenance and support teams. Develop and manage facility budgets, cost controls, and resource planning. Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. Prepare reports and present strategic improvements to senior management. Manage renovation and refurbishment projects, from planning to execution. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and BMS systems.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in facilities management, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of building systems, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with facility management software (e.g., CMMS, CAFM). Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Proven ability to manage budgets and vendor contracts. Valid

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., IFMA CFM, FMP, BOMA, NEBOSH). Experience in managing multi-site or large commercial/industrial facilities.
