Our client, a large technology company, is urgently looking for a Facility Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems, and processes to support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives. Your other responsibilities that you will be responsible for will include but not limited to:Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting repairs as necessaryPerform simple machinist duties and responsibilities, fabrication, and welding.Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of facility machineryRead and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and serviceDiagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test and make adjustmentsPerform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilitiesUse a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing dutiesDetect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervisionComply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areasManaging the cleaning of the facilityCleaning of air filters for data centerExcellent written and communication skillsOther duties as assignedRequirementsTo be considered for this role, you need to meet the following requirements:Willingness and ability to follow guidance from other staff members as well as managementPositive and professional attitude at all times, very high attention to detailAbility to work autonomously with minimal supervision and in a team environmentAbility to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment4+ years of manufacturing experience strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills with some PLC experience and HVAC5 years' experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing ConstructionHVAC experienceExperienced in operating a variety of equipment, including, lawn mowers, forklifts, scissor lifts, and small hand toolsTo know other vacancies we have, please feel free to visit our website -
