Job Description
JPC - 3477 - Facility Inspector
Location: Abu Dhabi
Contract Duration: 2months
Notice Period Required: Immediate Joiners only apply
Role:
The staff member would support with facilities management, housing inspections (therefore a driving licence/car is required), and other ad hoc tasks.
- Traveling to different facilities to check over the physical location.
- Examining the facility's legal paperwork, such as licenses, permits, and education documents of staff.
- Ensuring each area meets specific requirements under the law.
- Conducting inspections to determine compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
- Advising facility management of code violations and recommending corrective action.
- Investigating building code violations and enforcing zoning and licensing regulations.
