Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all
MEP, Electrical, and FM-related maintenance activities
.
Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure efficient and timely task execution.
Plan, schedule, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance works.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, and client requirements.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams as required.
Prepare reports and maintain records related to maintenance activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
.
04 to 05 years
of solid experience in
MEP and Electrical systems
within the
Facilities Management industry
.
Proven ability to
lead and manage maintenance teams
.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Must hold a
valid Qatar Driving License
and
own a car
.
