Responsibilities

Identify any issues related to structural, electrical, plumbing, or other systems Understanding the client's requirements and specifications. Reading and analyzing the blueprints, drawings, as well as rough sketches. Manage project schedules and budgets Determining project timelines and time constraints. Develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures Performing maintenance and repair work on mechanical and electrical facilities equipment. Following prevention maintenance on various mechanical systems. Giving necessary updates to the clients as and when required. Reviewing and maintaining logbooks for completion of a particular task. Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance and repairs. Complying with the building codes and environmental standards. Preparing detailed facilities reports and compliance documentation. Ensure compliance with safety regulations Addressing emergency issues promptly and coordinating swift responses

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related degree. At least 3 years of experience as a facilities engineer or in a similar role. Working experience in the Engineering department as a Facilities Engineer, or a similar position. Knowledge of the building process and construction principles. Thorough understanding and knowledge about building codes. Excellent knowledge of project management principles. Good communication and time management skills. Experience with AutoCAD, SAP, and MS Office. Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Project management skills. Exceptional ability to work for long periods.
