Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled
Junior FM Engineer
to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our managed properties. The ideal candidate should have an engineering background inElectrical, Mechanical, or Civil
, with1-2 years of UAE experience
in facilities management.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate maintenance and repair work (MEP and Civil) Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Manage service providers and ensure timely execution of PPM and corrective tasks Respond to tenant complaints and resolve technical issues efficiently Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, reports, and asset history Assist in preparing reports, budgets, and maintenance plans Ensure adherence to company policies and local regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering1-2 years of UAE experience
in Facilities Management Good knowledge of MEP systems, civil works, and maintenance procedures Strong problem-solving and communication skillsUAE Driving License and Own Car
Salary Range : AED 4000-6000
