Job Summary

We are hiring a skilled

Facility Engineer

with strong experience in

residential and commercial buildings

. The ideal candidate will handle technical maintenance operations, supervise technicians, and ensure all facility-related tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day technical operations for residential & commercial properties Manage and support MEP, HVAC, and Civil technicians during maintenance activities Conduct routine inspections and identify required maintenance or corrective actions Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems Prepare preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution Support renovation, fit-out, and in-unit maintenance works Coordinate with clients, provide updates, and close job requests on time Assist in preparing quotations, estimations, and technical reports Monitor material usage, tools, and ensure proper documentation Ensure compliance with HSE standards during all site activities

Requirements

2-4 years of UAE experience

as a Facility Engineer or similar role Strong technical knowledge of MEP, HVAC, and civil works Hands-on experience in both

residential and commercial facilities

Good communication and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure Proficiency in MS Office, maintenance reporting, and documentation UAE driving license (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Facilities Engineering FM/HSE certifications are an added advantage
