Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC and related equipment. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. Diagnose and resolve system faults or equipment breakdowns promptly and efficiently. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental standards. Conduct regular inspections to assess system performance and identify maintenance needs. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality service delivery. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, asset inventories, and service reports. Support sustainability and energy-efficiency initiatives within the facility. Assist with planning and execution of small renovation and fit-out projects. Report operational concerns, potential risks, and corrective actions to the Facilities Manager.
Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities management or building maintenance. Strong technical knowledge in HVAC systems maintenance and repair. Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to start work immediately will be an advantage.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
