We are seeking a skilled

Facility Engineer

to oversee and maintain the operational efficiency, safety, and functionality of our facilities. The Facility Engineer will be responsible for managing building systems, conducting maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and other MEP systems. Ensure all equipment and systems are maintained in line with manufacturer recommendations and safety standards.

Facility Inspections

Conduct routine site inspections to identify issues and implement timely corrective actions. Monitor the condition of facilities and recommend upgrades or improvements as needed.

Vendor & Contractor Coordination

Manage and coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers. Review scope of work and ensure timely and quality execution of services.

Energy Management

Monitor and optimize the energy usage of the facility. Recommend energy-efficient systems and practices.

Compliance & Safety

Ensure facilities comply with local regulations, codes, and health & safety standards. Participate in audits and implement corrective actions.

Asset Management

Maintain an up-to-date record of all facility assets and ensure their proper functioning. Support in lifecycle planning for replacement and upgrades.

Technical Documentation

Prepare reports, maintenance logs, and technical documentation. Ensure accurate records of all work performed and materials used.

Emergency Response

Provide support during facility-related emergencies such as system failures or power outages. Develop and execute contingency plans.

Budgeting & Cost Control

Assist in preparing facility maintenance budgets and controlling operational costs.

Project Support

Support fit-out, renovation, and infrastructure upgrade projects from a technical standpoint. Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Experience:

Facilities Management: 5-7 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:

UAE driving license (Preferred)
