The Role
Fit-Out Facility Engineer to work on Mega Projects for a leading Fit-Out company in Dubai. A brand-new opportunity is available to work as a Facility Engineer for a recognized Fit-Out company in Dubai where you would be working on one of their high-profile projects\contracts in the middle east. This is a great opportunity that the client is offering with great chance for progression, growth, and development for a hardworking, enthusiastic, and organised individual with proven experience. Role functions: . Direct and integrate all aspects of the project . Identify and coordinate resources needed . Manage project budget including risk . Risk Management and Financial Accountability . Project process and construction documentation . Effective handling of all clients requests during Defect Liability Period . Monitoring DLP
Requirements
Key requirements: . Must have a minimum of 7 years Fit-Out Facility Engineering experience . Experience in Fit-Out Project Management . Degree in Project Management or related field .
