Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced

Facility Engineer - BMS/ELV

to oversee and manage Building Management Systems (BMS) and Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems within our facility operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, Gulf experience, and hands-on involvement in facility management operations and reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in

Electronics & Communication Engineering

Minimum

6 years

of total experience in the field Minimum

4 years

of

Gulf experience

in Facility Management

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of

BMS and ELV systems

across all managed facilities Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are executed per schedule and standards Manage and evaluate

PPM schedules

, breakdown maintenance, and

site inspection reports

Supervise technician teams and conduct

performance evaluations

based on KPIs Coordinate and ensure compliance with

Facility Management software tools

(e.g.,

CAFM, Yardi, CMMS

) Analyze system logs and reports to identify and resolve recurring faults Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and updates to management using

Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Ensure adherence to safety standards and operational protocols on all assigned sites

Technical Skills & Tools:

Strong understanding and operational knowledge of:

CAFM / CMMS / Yardi or similar FM software

Building Automation Systems (BAS), BMS, and ELV components Proficient in

Microsoft Office Suite

: Excel, Word, PowerPoint Knowledge in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and reporting of BMS/ELV systems

Preferred Attributes:

Excellent communication and coordination skills Analytical mindset with attention to detail Ability to lead technician teams and ensure high-performance standards Familiarity with energy-saving practices and system optimization
