We are constantly expanding our market position with a future-oriented international business strategy. Therefore, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated person to strengthen our Engineering team in Dubai, UAE Site- Acino Pharmaceuticals FZ LLC.
Main Tasks:
- Act as the site EHS champion, ensuring compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and GMP standards.
- Lead safety training, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness.
- Manage daily operations and maintenance of:
- HVAC systems (AHUs, chillers, cleanrooms)
- BMS (Building Management System)
- EMS (Energy Management System)
- Water systems (RO, softeners, wastewater)
- Oversee third-party vendors and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Support facility upgrades and energy efficiency projects.
- Maintain facility documentation, SOPs, and audit readiness.
- Bachelors degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facility and utility management, ideally in pharma, biotech, or healthcare.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in EHS compliance, BMS/EMS, and facility operations.
- Working knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory audits.
- Familiarity with PLC, SCADA or building automation systems is a plus.
