JPC - 4062 - Facility Associate - equipment maintenance
Location: Abu Dhabi

Job Responsibilities:
1. Proficiency in performing maintenance activities for various types of equipment such as Autoclaves, Oven, CNC machines, pumps, motors, boilers, turbines, compressors, and electrical / Mechanical systems.
2. Knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques including vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, ultrasonic testing, and other condition monitoring methods.
3. Ability to conduct root cause analysis to identify the underlying reasons for equipment failures and develop strategies to prevent recurrence.
4. Experience in asset management practices including asset tracking, lifecycle management, and developing maintenance strategies based on asset criticality.
5. Knowledge of relevant safety regulations, environmental regulations, and industry standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO, ASME) pertaining to equipment maintenance and operation.
6. Proficiency in using CMMS software for work order management, maintenance scheduling, inventory management, and generating maintenance reports.
7. Maintain inventory levels of critical spare parts and consumables, collaborating with procurement and inventory management teams to replenish stock as needed.
8. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment histories, maintenance logs, and inventory records.
9. Generate reports on maintenance performance, equipment reliability, downtime analysis, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
