Job Description

: Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, and cleaning services.
Ensure the facility is fully operational, safe, and compliant with UAE laws and regulations.
Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Schedule and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and safety reports.
Oversee facility cleaning and waste management operations.
Respond promptly to urgent maintenance calls or emergencies.
Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
Support energy-saving and sustainability initiatives within the facility.
Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of technical and support staff. Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facility management or maintenance supervision in the UAE.
Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
Familiarity with local building codes, HSE regulations, and DM requirements.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software (CAFM systems is a plus).
UAE driving license preferred. Working Conditions:
Based on-site at commercial, residential, or mixed-use facilities.
May involve flexible hours or shift-based work, especially during emergencies or peak times.
