Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive

Facilities Supervisor

to oversee our cleaning and security teams. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high service standards, and support a safe, clean, and well-managed environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the cleaning and security teams. Ensure all facilities are maintained to the highest standards. Monitor staff performance, schedules, and attendance. Conduct regular inspections of the site to ensure cleanliness and safety compliance. Assist in handling facility-related issues and resolving operational challenges. Liaise with management, contractors, and service providers when needed. Implement and follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience

in cleaning, housekeeping, security, or related operations.

Hospitality experience is required

(hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, etc.).

Preferred:

Experience in

real estate, property management, or construction sites

. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
