Job Description
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Facilities Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and operation of private properties and client facilities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, hands-on, and capable of managing day-to-day Civil/Inteiror and MEP maintenance and emergency situations with efficiency and professionalism.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
o Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering o Minimum 5 years UAE experience managing facilities or private properties o Strong knowledge of MEP systems, preventive and corrective maintenance o Excellent client coordination and problem-solving skills o Must hold a valid UAE driving license o Availability to attend to calls and maintenance needs 24/7About the company
