Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Facilities Supervisor
to oversee the maintenance and operation of private properties and client facilities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, hands-on, and capable of managing day-to-day Civil/Interiors, MEP maintenance and emergency situations with efficiency and professionalism.Key Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in
Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum5 years UAE experience
managing facilities or private properties Strong knowledge ofMEP systems
, preventive and corrective maintenance Excellent client coordination and problem-solving skills Must hold avalid UAE driving license
Availability to attend to calls and maintenance needs24/7
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
Experience:
UAE Experience as a Facilities Supervisor: 5 years (Required)
License/Certification:
* UAE driving license? (Required)
