Facilities Supervisor

Job Description
Oversees the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of an organization's physical infrastructure. This role ensures that buildings, equipment, and grounds are functional, secure, and compliant with regulations--supporting a productive and comfortable environment for staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise maintenance staff including custodians, technicians, and groundskeepers Coordinate repairs, installations, and renovations with internal teams and external contractors Monitor building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) for performance and safety Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Manage inventory of supplies and equipment Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and resolve issues efficiently Review utility consumption and implement cost-saving strategies Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred) 3-5 years of experience in facilities or maintenance supervision Certifications in safety, HVAC, or building systems are a plus
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
