To supervise and lead the day-to-day operation and maintenance of facilities listed under non-retail vertical inclusive of but not limited to warehouses, factories, labor camps, e-commerce, and logistic centres and ensure that all aspects of building maintenance is taken into consideration to carry out preventive, reactive, corrective and proactive maintenance. The candidate shall be required to ensure the maintenance team is deployed effectively for delivering quality and timely services. Manage all specialist sub-contractors for service delivery. Deal with BU representatives and stakeholders as & when needed to address their concerns thereby effectively maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction with Zero complaints / outstanding issues.
