a) Role: Support Soft Service Manager in day-to-day activities and provide technical support.
b) Skills: Soft Services Planning, Scheduling, Car Parking Management, CAFM experience, Invoicing, Administration.
c) Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in facilities planning or management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and staff
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to facilities management
Proficiency with computer applications and databases
