Wadi Maareb Technical Services LLC is looking for an experienced
Facility Manager
to oversee maintenance and technical operations for residential and commercial properties. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance teams, ensuring service quality, and managing client requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily maintenance operations and staff activities.
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Coordinate with clients and vendors for facility-related requirements.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Prepare operational reports and track project performance.
Manage materials, manpower, and work distribution effectively.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management or maintenance field.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil maintenance.
Ability to handle client relations and site supervision.
UAE experience preferred.

Benefits:
Salary: AED 4,000 + Company Accommodation
