Urgently Hiring: Experienced Facility Manager - Dubai

A reputed Dubai-based company is looking for an Experienced Facility Manager to join our dynamic team.

Requirements:

Must be a qualified MEP Engineer 5-10 years of proven experience in Facility Management and fit-out works (at least 5 years in UAE) Ability to manage all facility management related works, fit-out, maintenance, and general construction-related works Strong leadership, planning, coordination and management skills Good communication, client-handling abilities and able to work in timeline pressure Must hold a valid UAE Driving License Willing to travel across the UAE as required for projects and site visits

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily facility operations and ensure smooth service delivery Manage full facility management related works, fit-out works, renovation, and maintenance projects across various disciplines Supervise MEP, civil, and general maintenance teams and contractors Hire, train and manage staff for project execution as needed Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules Ensure compliance with all UAE laws and regulations applicable to facility management companies, including safety and quality standards Control budgets, timelines, and vendor performance Handle client coordination and reporting to management Procure materials, hire and manage subcontractors and contractors, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare quotes, proposals, and budgets/estimations for clients and projects with in shortest possible time Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports to management
