Facilities Manager
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement facility management strategies, budgets, and project plans.
Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and repair activities.
Manage and supervise facility staff, contractors, and service providers.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Review and approve quotations, budgets, and service agreements.
Conduct regular inspections to identify risks and improvement areas.
Prepare reports on facility performance, expenses, and progress of projects.
Coordinate with management and other departments to align facility needs with company goals.
Qualifications:
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred) or related field.
More than 5 years of proven experience in Facilities Management.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Solid knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
