Job Description

Pioneer Engineering Consultancy is pleased to announce exciting new career opportunities to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of facilities, including maintenance, security, cleaning, and space management. Develop and implement facility management policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure operational efficiency. Oversee service contracts, vendors, and maintenance schedules to meet organizational standards. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements across all facilities. Coordinate minor renovations, repairs, and facility upgrades as required. Support budgeting, resource planning, and reporting on facility performance metrics. Mentor and supervise facility staff, promoting professional development and teamwork. Assist senior management in strategic planning for facility improvements and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

IFMA Certified Facility Manager (CFM)

- mandatory.

Project Management Professional (PMP)

- mandatory. Minimum

10 years of professional experience

in facilities management, including commercial or large-scale facilities. Strong knowledge of facility management standards, safety regulations, and maintenance practices. Proficiency in facility management software and tools (e.g., CAFM, CMMS). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
