Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Facility Manager to lead and manage the maintenance and operations of our diverse facilities portfolio, which includes:Labour accommodations housing over 4,000 residentsTwo hotels with a combined total of 350 roomsThree high-end residential villasThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record in facilities management, team leadership, and subcontractor coordination, particularly within the UAE. You will be responsible for building a multi-skilled in-house technical team and ensuring all facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety, functionality, and presentation.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of technicians across multiple sitesOversee preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP and non-MEP systemsEnsure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standardsDevelop and maintain strong vendor and subcontractor relationshipsCoordinate with hotel and accommodation management for operational efficiencyBudgeting, forecasting, and resource allocationImplement energy-saving and sustainability practices where applicableQualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical)Minimum of 5 years' experience in facilities managementPrior experience managing accommodation and hotel/residential facilities preferredStrong exposure to UAE market and regulationsRobust network of subcontractors for non-MEP services
