About Us:

MEBS Facility Services is a leading integrated facilities management company committed to delivering exceptional services across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Security cum Operations Manager to lead and manage our security and operational teams, ensuring safety, service excellence, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Security Management:

Oversee all security operations across assigned sites, ensuring compliance with local laws and company standards. Recruit, train, deploy, and manage security personnel. Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments. Liaise with local authorities and emergency services as required. Maintain updated records of licenses, permits, and incident reports. Handle escalations, emergency response coordination, and incident resolution.

Operations Management:

Supervise daily operations of facility management services including MEP, cleaning, and maintenance. Plan, organize, and monitor all resources for smooth operations. Develop and implement SOPs to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. Coordinate with clients and internal teams for service delivery and client satisfaction. Monitor contract KPIs and ensure timely reporting and compliance. Manage budgets, procurement, and resource allocation efficiently.

People Management & Leadership:

Lead a multi-disciplinary team and ensure high morale and performance. Conduct regular staff performance evaluations and develop training plans. Ensure compliance with HSE policies and promote a safety-first culture.

Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare monthly reports on operational and security performance. Maintain documentation for audits, compliance, and client requirements. Use CAFM or other FM systems for tracking tasks, work orders, and staff attendance.

Requirements:

Proven experience (5+ years) in security and/or facility operations management in the UAE.

UAE Driving License

is mandatory

SIRA Manager Certification is mandatory

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Familiarity with UAE security regulations and facility management standards. Ability to handle emergency situations and client escalations. Proficient in MS Office and operations reporting tools.
