Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Facilities Manager (MEP & HVAC)

to lead and manage our technical operations team.

Bachelor's Degree in

Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC Engineering

(or related field). Minimum

8-12 years' experience

in Facilities Management, with strong MEP & HVAC background. Proven experience managing

teams of supervisors and engineers

. Strong knowledge of

UAE FM industry standards

and statutory compliance. Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills. Ability to prepare and review technical reports, budgets, and quotations
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

relevant : 5 years (Required)
License/Certification:
