Role Overview:


We are seeking a highly experienced Facilities Manager with a strong engineering


background and HSE certification to oversee all aspects of facilities and asset


management across our growing property portfolio in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will


have 10+ years of professional experience in facilities, asset, or property management,


including roles at top-tier institutions such as EMAAR, ADNOC, or ALDAR. This is a hands-


on leadership role requiring technical competence, operational rigor, people management


and stakeholder management excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead the daily cleaning and maintenance of our infrastructure, MEP systems, and

civil works across commercial properties.

Develop and execute facilities management strategies aligned with long-term asset

value preservation and operational eNiciency.

Manage vendor contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and performance

metrics to ensure best-in-class delivery.

Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments, ensuring full

compliance with Abu Dhabi HSE regulations and international standards.

Coordinate with tenants, internal teams and management to ensure smooth

property operations and fast resolution of facility-related issues.

Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime

and optimize asset lifecycle.

Monitor utility consumption, sustainability KPIs, and cost control measures to

reduce OpEx and enhance financial / asset performance.

Maintain proper documentation, asset registers, maintenance logs, and compliance

reports.

Lead incident response, emergency preparedness, and business continuity

planning for all properties.

Support capital improvement projects, fit-outs, and refurbishments from a facilities

and engineering perspective.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Facilities-

related discipline).

HSE certification is mandatory (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent). 10+ years of professional experience in facilities, asset, or property management

within the UAE.

Proven experience managing large-scale or high-profile developments (experience

with EMAAR, ADNOC, ALDAR, or equivalent is highly preferred).

Strong understanding of UAE regulations, health & safety requirements, and real

estate operational frameworks.

Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and third-

party service providers.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus. Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills.
