Facilities Management Supervisors
Job Description
Qualification: Education Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent is preferred Technical degree in MEP and/ or HVAC systems is required Experience 5+ years in mall Hard FM operations for large malls (>90K sqm of GLA) Exposure to a tenant/customer relationship management role Experience with Hard FM issues/ problems and respective remedial actions Competencies Knowledge of CAFM and VMS systems Demonstrated skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Strong conflict resolution/management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Command of Arabic and English, written and verbal Qualified applicants send CV
