Overview of the role:

Al Futtaim Engineering and Techonologies are looking to hire highly skilled and organized Facilities Management professionals to oversee the maintenance and operations of some newly won contracts within the Facility Management domain.

What equips you for the role:

Minimum Qualifications required :

• Diploma/ Degree in any engineering dicipline
• Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance, and safety regulations.

Budgeting and financial management experience. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Certification in Facilities Management (e.g., CFM) is a plus.
