Our newest opportunity is for a talented Facilities Management Consultant to join our award winning team in Riyadh, Saudi.

KEO's FM Consultancy provides innovative support and approaches to the many facets of facilities management concentrating on governance and technical due diligence and are looking for suitable candidates to support our continued growth, internal teams, and external facing customers through all stages of the built asset life cycle from inception to post occupancy handover and disposal. Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include;

Supporting operational and commercial aspects of FM Management Developing strategic operational execution and asset management plans for client assets and facilities Developing Hard and/or Soft FM Maintenance Management Execution and Activity Programs Informed by Predictive and Upkeep Condition Monitoring Management, Planned Preventative, Corrective (reactive) maintenance process requirement, Mandatory and/or Statutory Inspections and Reporting aimed at minimizing Equipment Down Time with an overall Asset Replacement and overhaul strategy Advising on procurement choices, asset management innovation and/or improvement EDMS/EAS/CMMS/CaFM utilization, operational life cycle OPEX modelling and forecasting Manageingmultiple functions of building operations and maintenance for a facility or portfolio of buildings Acting in an advisory role internally and externally. Supporting Director/s, PMI-CM/CS Regional Leads, ED PMI and others with delivering projects from inception to completion from strategic and operational levels. Demonstrating a solid commitment to professional development, and transparently will work in a multi- faceted/disciplinary team where collaboration, innovation and networking are essential to RCFA problem solving and delivering successful customer solutions to our existing and potential client bases. Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 8 to 10 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor / Master degree in a relevant Engneering specialisation.

Required Certification/Licensure: Accreditation from a professional body will be an advantage (i.e., IFMA, RICS, CIOB, CIBSE, IWFM, PMI, CFM, ILMA)
