Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Description
The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks. Performance of building maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g. carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, etc.). Performs general cleaning and other tasks as assigned. Key Job Responsibilities:
- Performing quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems
- Paint, remodel, refurbish areas as needed
- Change light bulbs, interior and exterior, as needed
- On call maintenance for all facilities, 24/7
- Must be able to work flexible hours
- Checking and responding to security and safety issues
- Testing and recommending new maintenance products
- Coordinating deliveries from vendors and suppliers
- Keeping documents of inspections and problems
- Doing landscaping, pool maintenance and pest control
- Keeping an inventory of tools and supplies.
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Diploma (Preferred)
- Technical (Maintenance): 2 years (Required)
