We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to manage and coordinate daily maintenance activities across multiple facilities. The role involves scheduling and monitoring corrective and preventive maintenance, coordinating with internal teams and external contractors, maintaining accurate records and reports, and ensuring compliance with HSE and regulatory standards.

Buqayq (Abqaiq)
Requirements:
Diploma (3 years) with minimum 10 years' experience or Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years' experience in Facilities Maintenance/FM coordination
Experience in commercial, residential, healthcare, or mixed-use facilities
Knowledge of MEP systems is an advantage
Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in CMMS/CAFM systems and MS Office
Work Conditions:
Full-time, office and site-based role; may require shifts or on-call support.
Salary:
7,000 - 10,000 SAR (maximum full package including accommodation & transportation)
