Job Description
Job Title: Facilities Engineer
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering
Strong knowledge of HVAC, chiller systems, and building services
Certifications in facilities management or relevant technical courses (preferred)
Proficiency in maintenance software and engineering tools
Requirements:
Proven experience in HVAC and chiller systems maintenance
Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
3-5 years of experience in facilities engineering or management
Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams
Strong communication and reporting skills
