Overview of the role: To ensure all the facilities occupied by the Automotive Group are efficiently maintained in a cost-effective manner and provide excellent service support to the Facilities.
What you will do: Responsible for:

• Accountable for the operation, maintenance and repair of the total facility systems including MEP, Fire-fighting, Low Current, Structural, Housekeeping, Security, Pest Control , Landscaping, etc. to minimise repetitive maintenance calls
• Review Maintenance Orders and follow up with the staff/contractors for timely completion. Ensure Maintenance orders are closed as per SLA
• Ensure predictive, preventive and reliability centered maintenance programs, including maintenance check sheets, maintenance logic decision trees, etc. are followed as per SLA\xe2\x80\x99s
• Conduct facility survey and coordinate annual inspections with business/vendors and include occupant safety practices. Prepare accurate and timely Facility Audit Reports for \xe2\x80\x9cLook & Feel\xe2\x80\x9d and \xe2\x80\x9cDetailed Audit Report\xe2\x80\x9d
• Implement policies and procedures to include safety practices laid by the Management and ensure they are followed by the staff/service providers.
• Prepare RFQs and Tender documents and review the quotations prior submission to Management
• Monitor and evaluate performance of Facility service providers as per set KPI.

• The job involves a high level of responsibility in operation, maintenance and repair of the total facility systems including MEP, Fire-fighting, Low Current, Structural, Housekeeping, Security, Pest Control, Landscaping, etc., ensuring safety practices and timely completion of work by contractors.
• Prepare RFQ\xe2\x80\x99s (Request for Quotations) and Tender documents and the review the quotations for submission to Management
• The Facilities Engineer will assist the Facilities Manager to determine the Asset Management Strategy working to strict and detailed budgets and delivering 100% customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a wide range of individuals in a wide range of situations.

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• UAE National

Minimum Experience:

• Minimum 5 to 6 years work experience
• UAE/GCC experience essential \xe2\x80\x93 min of 3 years
