Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise daily building operations, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and safety procedures.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing maintenance requests, service inquiries, and facility-related concerns.
  • Plan and oversee preventive maintenance schedules to ensure all systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, elevators, etc.) remain in optimal working condition.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors, contractors, and service providers; ensure services are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Monitor facility budgets, track expenses, and assist in cost optimization for building services.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • 2 5 years of experience in Facilities Management, preferably in Real Estate or Property Management.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, MEP, Fire & Safety).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage tenants and vendors effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CAFM/CMMS software is an advantage.
