Roles & Responsibilities: Assist in coordinating all aspects of facility maintenance, including repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections. Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures. Monitor and update facility records, including maintenance logs and service contracts. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. With high levels of customer care skills, with an emphasis on instilling the same in the team. Provide admin/technical support to the Facilities team and management regarding ongoing performance of the properties. Preparation of quotes/tenders, review, recommendation Facility Management Experience : 2 years (Preferred)
